_ FACT's staff has the right mix of technical expertise and practical knowledge to carry out its advisory, consulting and training projects. To carry its activities, FACT uses its internal staff and external well known sub-contractors. Among FACT’s staff and consultants are:
- Fred Aminzadeh, with expertise in oil and gas industry investment issues, geophysical technologies, reservoir characterization/monitoring and unconventional reservoirs.
- Shiv Dasgupta, with extensive expertise in smart oil fields.
- Robert Hickman with deep knowledge of Structural Geology and Interpretation
- Donald Hill with deep knowledge of Petrophysics, Shallow Geophysics, Borehole Geophysics, Subsurface Geology and Interpretation
- Mohammad Mokhtari, president of Petrokav International Services, with extensive experience in the Middle East and North Africa oil fields
- Masoud Nikravesh, an expert in soft computing (fuzzy logic and neural networks), reservoir characterization and reservoir engineering.
- Mohammed Sahimi,with extensive knowledge of heavy oil and fractured reservoirs
- Steven Ohnomous, A member of Board of directors of Matador Resources, is a seasoned oil industry professional with extensive domestic and international experience.
- Kurt Strack, president of KMS Technologies with deep knowledge of Electromagnetics and borehole geophysics
- Andrei Popa, with deep knowledge of unconventional reservoirs and _ soft computing
